A MAN, 46, WAS WALKING IN THE 3900 BLOCK OF PARK HEIGHTS AVE. ABOUT 4 P.M. MONDAY AFTER LEAVING A CAB WHEN ANOTHER MAN THREATENED HIM WITH A KNIFE AND KICKED HIM IN THE STOMACH. THE ARMED MAN THEN ROBBED THE VICTIM OF $35 AND THREE CONTAINERS OF PAIN MEDICINE BEFORE FLEEING ON FOOT.
